Community Workshop
“Mapping the Future of Food Together”
On November 1, 2025, as part of the Tsuruoka Science Park Festival 2025, we hosted an interactive workshop and live art performance.
Collaborating with artists Shimoshimo and Ellie, local residents were invited to share their dreams and ideas for the future of food.
These visions were then brought to life through vibrant illustrations, creating a shared space for creativity and community dialogue.
